Returns & Change of Mind
Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you change your mind within 30 days of purchase, we offer a store credit for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.
To assist with your claim, please:

- Email the photos along with your contact details
Our team will review your case and get back to you promptly to resolve the issue.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or refunds.
If you believe a Final Sale item is faulty, you may still be entitled to a remedy. Please:
